Jump First Jumping Castle Hire needed a modern, efficient website that could better support their growing business and reduce the time spent managing bookings manually. Working with the EDynam team, I helped deliver a tailored solution that transformed their website into a functional booking platform, allowing customers to browse, enquire, and book jumping castles online with ease.

The Brief

The client’s existing website was outdated and heavily reliant on phone enquiries to manage bookings. This created ongoing interruptions throughout the day, uncertainty around availability, and a high administrative workload. Customers had limited information upfront, which meant many calls were simply to ask basic questions about options, pricing, and availability. As the business grew, this manual process became increasingly inefficient and difficult to manage.

The Solution

My role was to help design and implement a booking system that would reduce phone enquiries, streamline operations, and give the client more control over their business. After analysing their workflow and pain points, I mapped out a custom solution that combined WooCommerce with Gravity Forms to handle product listings, customer information, and bookings in a single, cohesive system. The goal was to pre-qualify enquiries, enable online payments, and make the system simple enough for the client to manage independently.

The Results

The finished solution provided the client with a fully online catalogue of jumping castles, allowing customers to browse options, submit detailed booking requests, and complete payments using Stripe. This significantly reduced the number of incoming phone calls and manual back-and-forth, freeing up valuable time for the client to focus on running the business. The client was trained to manage pricing, update images, and moderate customer reviews, giving them full control over their website. The new booking system proved to be a game changer, delivering measurable time savings and a smoother experience for both the business and its customers.
