Scarlet Homecare website build
Full website rebuild for Scarlet Homecare, an NDIS provider. The new site improved conversions, added key functionality like referral forms and accommodation listings, and elevated the brand’s professional image.
The Brief
Scarlet Homecare, known for delivering high-quality NDIS support, had an outdated website built on a basic page builder. It lacked critical features like referral forms and looked unprofessional, which hurt trust and usability. The team was also missing out on SEO structure and blog visibility. Referred by a past client, they approached me to overhaul the site and help them better connect with participants and referrers.

The Solution
I led the full development of the new site, starting from a Figma design. This included migrating their blog into WordPress, implementing SEO-friendly page structures, and building advanced online forms that integrated directly with their CRM. One of the trickier parts was maintaining clean visual consistency for their video blocks, which I solved using CSS masks to keep the layout sharp and accessible across devices.
The Results
The launch made an immediate impact. Scarlet Homecare’s team was thrilled with the result, and the referral process became significantly smoother thanks to the custom forms. The new site not only reinforced their credibility but also gave them a polished, professional platform that matched the high standard of care they provide.
